We keep customers informed as to arrival of shipments, so that products can be picked-up rapidly without incurring in demurrage charges at the pier; remind them as to the due date of the invoice, so that they can take advantage of prompt payment discounts, pick-up checks (if necessary) and mail same to the principal, so that the customer’s credit and our principal’s interest are protected. The supplier is always informed as to bid-request for the Government of Puerto Rico and the U.S.Virgin Islands, so that they can quote and participate, through one or more of our customers.
